I designed and executed over 300 EDMs, reaching more than 40 million inboxes, including Point-of-Sale campaigns and Klaviyo automated flows. Each email was strategically crafted to drive sales and enhance customer retention while aligning seamlessly with brand objectives. By focusing on visually engaging designs and precise audience segmentation, I showcased promotions, maximised engagement, and increased click-through rates. My work ensured email marketing remained a key pillar of the company’s growth strategy.
