As the in-house graphic designer and social media manager at PurePlush, an e-commerce company specialising in memory foam play mats for kids, mothers, and families, I played a vital role in developing the brand’s visual and digital presence. My responsibilities included creating and managing social media content, designing email marketing campaigns, enhancing website design, and producing print collateral. I also worked on brand positioning to ensure a cohesive and family-oriented identity across all platforms, helping PurePlush connect with its audience and drive e-commerce growth.

Social Media Design
I led the design and management of social media content to connect with families and showcase the brand's memory foam play mats. By creating visually appealing graphics and lifestyle photography, I maintained a consistent and approachable brand presence.
My work focused on crafting posts highlighting product benefits, sharing relatable family moments, and promoting sales and events. Through strategic content planning and creative execution, I helped grow PurePlush’s online community and drive meaningful engagement across platforms.
Website Design
I enhanced the brand’s online presence by consulting on branding and maintaining visual consistency across the website. Using Shopify’s platform, I designed key assets such as landing pages, banners, product listings, and custom icons, all tailored to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly shopping experience. My work focused on creating a seamless, engaging interface that aligned with the brand’s identity and boosted customer satisfaction.
Email Marketing
I designed email marketing campaigns that effectively drove sales, highlighted promotions, and strengthened customer relationships. Leveraging Klaviyo, I created automated flow campaigns focused on customer retention, win-back strategies, and nurturing engagement.
Print Design
I designed thank-you cards to enhance the unboxing experience, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases. Additionally, I created a product catalogue that highlighted the features of the memory foam play mats, blending clarity and visual appeal to support both customer engagement and retail outreach. These designs reinforced brand identity and elevated the overall customer journey.
