TacToys
From 2021 to 2024, I served as the in-house graphic designer for TacToys, Australia’s leading distributor and retailer of gel blasters. Focused on engaging a core demographic of male teenagers and adults, I developed creative campaigns and visuals that aligned with their interests while driving brand engagement and sales.
My work included managing social media content, producing lifestyle photography and videography, designing digital ads for email and social media marketing, and maintaining website assets such as product listings and promotions. Through strategic and dynamic design, I helped build a strong, market-leading brand identity that resonated with TacToys’ audience.

Social Media Design
I designed and managed over 1,500 organic social media posts, growing the brand's combined following to over 100,000. My work included creating graphics, lifestyle photography, videography, and paid ads, focusing on driving customer engagement, promoting sales, and maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms. Each campaign was crafted to resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results.
Email Marketing
I designed and executed over 300 EDMs, including Point-of-Sale campaigns and Klaviyo flow automation, tailored to drive sales and customer retention. My focus was on creating visually compelling and strategically targeted emails that aligned with brand objectives, highlighted promotions, and maximized engagement. Through thoughtful design and effective segmentation, I helped boost click-through rates and conversions, ensuring email marketing remained a cornerstone of the company’s growth strategy.
Website Design
I designed and developed website assets that not only drove customer engagement but also boosted sales. Using Shopify's platform, I crafted visually appealing landing pages, managed product listings, and created promotional visuals that enhanced point-of-sale campaigns. My work also included overseeing product photography, editing, and organising listings to ensure a polished, cohesive, and seamless online shopping experience for customers.
Print & Packaging Design
I designed print and packaging materials to elevate the customer experience and reinforce TacToys’ brand identity. This included thank-you postcards to enhance unboxing, loyalty program cards offering credits on milestone purchases, and professional business cards for employees. For in-house products, I created standout packaging for Ronin Ultra Hardened Gel Balls and Storm Power LiPo Batteries.
